Oh, i totally get it...which is why i phrased this as i did. My guess (without direct comparison to draw on, but based on what i read) is that UK police are not as universally bad as US ones.

That is not to say all is sweetness and light over this side of the atlantic...but there are times and occasions when UK police may prove useful in pushing back against this sort of fascist nonsense.

But i am well aware there are trans folk over here - espesh younger ones - that would disagree with me even on that.
